NW Montana Business Expansion and Retention Program (BEAR) is a collaborative partnership of economic, community, and workforce professionals coordinated by the Kalispell Chamber.  The mission of BEAR is to support existing businesses, business leaders, and job growth.  Through consultation, analysis, and referrals, the BEAR program connects business owners to resources and gives policymakers the information they need to improve economic conditions for small business.
