Uncover What's New Interesting and Developing

WHY

Whether you've had your business a while, you've just opened, completed a renovation or have exciting news, Chamber UNWIND'S allow YOUR business to be on stage. Let Kalispell business owners, employee's and valued decision makers learn first hand about your promotions, specials, new additions and physically see your business. As we well know, getting information to the public is most productive when it's done face to face.

WHERE, WHEN & WHAT

An UNWIND event is held at your place of business, so the business community can see where you are located and interact with your staff. The hours are from 5 to 6:30 PM. UNWINDS are normally held the first Tuesday and third Wednesday of every month. You would be responsible for providing complimentary refreshments, hors d'oeuvres, beer, wine and soft drinks. Door prizes add a spectacular finale as the business social hour ends. Remember, beer, wine and door prizes are at your discretion.

WHO WILL BE THERE?

All Kalispell Chamber members are sent invitations for your event. The staff at the chamber will create, print and mail approximately 850 invitations for this event. You would be responsible to pay the cost of printing and postage for mailing the invitations, ($500). The Chamber will invoice your business for those charges. If you would like invitations sent to other clientele, please inform the chamber to have additional invites printed. It would then be your responsibility to address and mail those.

WHO WILL HELP!!!!!!!!!

The Chamber Ambassadors are there to help you. You will need to provide an area at the entrance with a table for the Ambassadors to welcome and greet your guests as they arrive. They can communicate any specific information or directions to your guests. They'll also collect the business cards for the drawing and pooling for dollars (split the pot). You will receive all the business cards collected that night.

ABOUT THE UNWIND PROGRAM

A chamber representative will open a brief program about 6 PM (it is advantageous to have a PA system so everyone is able to hear) with a welcome to the guest and a few chamber announcements, at which time you will be introduced as the host. Take this opportunity to tell something about your business, introduce your staff and make any announcements you want. Tours of your facility are always welcome. After your announcements, the Ambassadors will assist with the pooling for dollar and door prize drawings.

AGAIN, WHAT WILL I NEED?????

Invitations - Chamber will create, print and mail them to everyone on the Kalispell Chamber of Commerce membership list. Your cost would be $500. If you need extra invitations inform the Chamber and those would be your responsibility to address and mail.

Refreshments, hors d'oeuvres - This is totally up to you on what you want to serve. Remember that beer, wine and door prizes are to your discretion. UNWINDS may bring in anywhere from 75 to 150 people. There isn't a guaranteed number of attendees.

Audio System - let your audience HEAR what's new and exciting.

Your professional speaking image - Let everyone know What's New Interesting and Developing in your business. You will have the attention of the community business leaders.

Time and energy - As you well know it takes time and energy to put together a successful event. We will do whatever we can to help make the UNWIND seamless, fun and successful.

WHERE DO I SIGN??

Let the Kalispell Chamber and Ambassadors help promote you and your business. You will be sent an agreement form for your signature, which will confirm your date, outline your responsibilities and the chambers.
