This trip is a great opportunity to visit some of Ireland’s great cities and see many highlights of the Emerald Isle. Day 1 : Depart USA (March 13)

Welcome as you join Chamber Explorations to experience Ireland. Today board your overnight flight.

Day 2: Arrive Dublin (March 14)

Arrive in Dublin, the Irish Capital and meet your Driver Guide. This afternoon check into the Clontarf Castle for a unique overnight experience in one of Dublin’s top castle hotels. Tonight enjoy a Welcome Dinner at the castle.

Day 3: Dublin – Glendalough – Limerick (March 15)

Today visit Glendalough to tour the ruins of St Kevin’s monastic site, a center of Irish Celtic Christianity. The area is also famous for its scenic vistas of the Wicklow Mountains. Continue onto Limerick for a two-night stay. Tonight experience a Bunratty Castle Medieval Banquet featuring delicious feed and traditional entertainment.

Day 4: Limerick – Cliffs of Moher – Galway (March 16)

Today travel to the spectacular Cliffs of Moher. View the mighty Atlantic and the beautiful Aran Islands from atop cliffs that reach nearly 700 feet into the air. Travel through the Burren, an area known for limestone natural beauty. Later enjoy a Galway City Tour featuring St Nicholas Cathedral and Eyre Square. Galway, “The City of Tribes” is a vibrant city with a great seafaring tradition.

Day 5: Limerick – Adare – Killarney
St. Patrick’s Day! (March 17)

This morning enjoy a Limerick City Tour to see the attractive St. Mary’s Cathedral, King John’s Castle and the Treaty Stone, located in the medieval heritage precinct. Next stop in Adare, renowned as Ireland’s prettiest village. Later arrive in the charming & picturesque town of Killarney for a two night stay. Upon arrival embark on a Jaunting Car Ride into the Killarney National Park. Next tour the spectacular Muckross House & Gardens to gain insight into the life-style of the Vitorian elite. Tonight join your fellow travelers for dinner.

Day 6: Killarney – Ring of Kerry – Killarney(March 18)

Today travel along one of the most gorgeous coastal routes in the world – the Ring of Kerry. Focus your cameras on the majestic seascapes, mountains speckled with brightly colored farm houses and winding lanes bordered with luscious vegetation. Pass through the rugged mountains and stop at Ladies View for wonderful vistas of the Lakes of Killarney.

Day 7: Killarney – Blarney – Kilkenny – Dublin (March 19)

This morning travel through the mountains of West Cork and arrive at the historic Blarney Castle. Will you dare to kiss the famous Blarney Stone, rumored to bestow eloquence upon those who kiss its surface? Visit the Blarney Woolen Mills to wander the displays of Irish crafts. Later visit Kilkenny featuring Ireland’s most historic and compact medieval city center. Later arrive inDublin for a two-night stay.

Day 8: Day at Leisure Dublin (March 20)

Today enjoy a Dublin City Tour to see Grafton Street, statue lined O’Connell Street, the General Post Office & Phoenix Park. Visit the famous St. Patrick’s Cathedral & stop at Trinity College to see the 1,200-year-old Book of Kells. Later tour the Old Jameson Whiskey Distillery featuring a recreated distillery scene and a generous sample of the famous Irish Whiskey. Tonight join your fellow travelers for a fun filled Farewell Dinner.

Day 9: Dublin – USA (March 21)

Day 9: Dublin – Belfast (March 21)

Following breakfast meet with your driver/guide for your journey to Belfast. A stop is made to visit Bruna Boinne Visitors Centre and Newgrange. Continue on to Belfast and check into the 4 Star Europa Hotel, Apex Int’l Hotel or similar for a two night stay.

Day 10: Belfast Sightseeing – Giants Causeway (March 22)

This morning enjoy a guided city tour of Belfast. Next, visit the Harland and Wolfe Shipyard, where the Titanic was built and launched in 1912. A visit to the Shankill and Falls road will be of interest as it will give the visitor an indication of how life was in Belfast during the troubles. Travel to the Giants Causeway, Ireland’s only UNESCO World Heritage site. Return to Belfast later this afternoon. Tonight enjoy dinner out at a local restaurant.

Day 11: Belfast – Dublin – USA (March 23)

This morning, enjoy full Irish breakfast at the hotel and transfer to Dublin for your flight home filled with memories of Ireland and Belfast.
