Workforce Flathead
A key initiative of the Kalispell Chamber, WorkForce Flathead brings together education, business, and workforce development partners to address one of our region's greatest challenges: building and sustaining a strong talent pipeline.
WorkForce Flathead works to connect students, educators, employers, and job seekers while helping ensure today's workforce is prepared for the opportunities of tomorrow.
Leadership Flathead
For more than 30 years, Leadership Flathead has been developing the next generation of community leaders.
Founded in 1991, the program has graduated more than 1,000 participants representing over 225 businesses and organizations throughout the Flathead Valley. Participants gain a deeper understanding of the community, strengthen leadership skills, and build lasting relationships with fellow professionals and local decision-makers.
The two-year program includes leadership development, community immersion experiences, and opportunities to engage with key issues shaping the future of the Flathead Valley.
2026 Tuition
Members: $1,500
Non-Members: $1,800
Limited partial scholarships may be available.
